To make sure proper function of Compax One, the bag must be properly mounted in the bag holder. Luckily, these steps are very simple and fast.

To ensure proper function of Compax One you need to only use Compax One Original Bags, which are included in your service agreement. Any use of other bags may void service and guarantee.

Mount the bag on the rear mounting bracket

Pull the bag around the corners of the bag holder

Make sure the bag hangs straight and does not fold up

Mount the bag on the front mounting bracket

Pull the bag down to make sure it sits properly on the brackets

Use your hand to make sure the bag is open

When you open the bag, Compax One is able to read the waste level and does not start compressing until its full.

The unit uses custom bags that are designed to withstand repeated compression cycles. These are included in our service.

The compactor should only be used with Compax Original Bags.
There are several reasons for this requirement:

1. Durability: Compax Original Bags are designed to endure multiple compression cycles without tearing, while other bags may not withstand the process.
2. Handle Grips: These bags feature handle grips that prevent slippage after compression, even as the bag fills up and the weight increases (up to 3 kg).
3. Perfect Fit: Compax Original Bags are tailored specifically for the waste bin, ensuring minimal resource consumption and a seamless fit.

Although the compactor is primarily designed for paper towel waste, it can accommodate other types of waste as well. The vacuum technology compresses light waste items (e.g., paper cups) effectively. However, heavier or more compact waste materials may not be compressed as much, though they won't damage the unit. To maintain optimal performance, users should avoid disposing of significant amounts of liquid in the bin, as this may reduce the unit's efficiency. 

At the moment, we offer just one size with a 35-liter waste capacity, and the bin's outer dimensions are 38 x 81 x 26 cm. But, thanks to its compression capability, it functions more like a 350-liter bin, fitting over 10 times its own volume.
